<br />Appraisers Philip Bondurant, Ed. Neddo and F. J. Anderson
<br />reported that samages 60 property at corner of Leeper Avenue and Niles Avenue
<br />and Napoleon Blvd. to Samuel Leeper be set at $200.00. Board ordered Engineer
<br />to prepare rill.
<br />The City Engineer took up the matter of placing a sewer on
<br />Calvert Street between michigan Street and Main Street and Board instructed
<br />Engineer to notify property owners on Calvert Street between Main St and Mich.
<br />Street; to appeare before the Board Wednesday June 4th., 1924 at 7:30 P.M.
