<br />Board held conference with Ed Neddo, Philip Bondurant and Frank
<br />J. Anderson appraisers on Williams Street opening and various matters pertaining
<br />to the Opening of William Street were discussed.
<br />The following resolution adopted:
<br />LOCAL SEWER. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1�980.1
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Sau-th,Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a locQl.%sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local use by the property hiders whose pr-peri,y'
<br />abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral
<br />strains , be and the same is hereby ordered in and along Sunnyside Avenue from
<br />Palaver Boulevard to Sorin Street, Miner Street from Sunnyside Avenue to Alley West
<br />of Sunnyside Avenue also Cedar Street from Sunnyside Avenue to Alley West of
<br />Sunnyside Avenue as follows, to--wit:...
<br />Beginning in the center of Miner Street at
<br />the west line of Madison Park Addition thence east along the center line of Miner
<br />Street to Sunnyside Avenue.with a fifteen (15) inch vitrified pipe sewer, thence
<br />northerly along.Sunn3tside Avenue to the center line of Miner Street east of
<br />.Sunnyside Avenue with a fifteen (15) inch vitrified pipe sewer, thence ,north
<br />along the center line of Sunnyside Avenue to the north line of lot ZO to Madison
<br />Perk Addition with a ten 910) inch vitrified pipe sewer, also beginning in,the
<br />centerline of Cedar Street at the west lire of Madison Park Addition; thence east
<br />along the center line of Cedar Street'to the center line of Sunnyside Avenue with
<br />a twenty (20) inch_ vitrified pipe sewer, th nc.e south along the center line of
