<br />ConcernIng the improvement of the roadway 6f George Ave from Sample
<br />St to the alley at the northerly and of George Ave. Also alley from .northerly
<br />end of said George Ave to Marietta St in pursuance to Resolution No. 1287 the
<br />petition of freeholders residing on said street is considered, and the report of
<br />the City Engineer is received, and evidence is heard, and the Board finds that
<br />said petitioners do not eonstiture a majority of the freeholders residing on said
<br />street to be improved, and hereby denies said petition.
<br />And the City Engineer reports that the Plummer Construction Cois the
<br />lowest, and best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board,
<br />and the Board so finds, and lets' the contract for said improvement to him, and
<br />orders that said improvement be made with concrete and all proceedings heretofore
<br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified.
