<br />This being date set for deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for
<br />Grade Separation df New York Central Railroad; no parties interested being present,
<br />hearing was condinued until Wednesday, May 21st, 1924, at 9:00 A.M. '

<br />Street from Indiana Avenue to Calvert Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written resmons.tranee
<br />was filed. The "Board being fully adtised in the premises, deci4ed;. that thee ben-
<br />efits to property liable to be.assessed for said improvement are equal to the
<br />estimated cost df the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there
<br />upon ibakes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same
<br />is hereby in a1T things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the loth day of May, 1924
<br />and on the 17th'day of May, 1924 in the South Bend 'News Times and South Bend
<br />Tribune in said 'City, stating that this Board will 'receive bids for the con-
<br />s truetion of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of May, 1924.
<br />The Board reserves the right to reject any and all rids.

<br />Street from Ewing Avenue to Prairie Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon•sa.hearing no remonstrators appeared and nowritten remonstrance was
<br />filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits
<br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvement -ire equal to the estimated
<br />cost of the same., as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes
<br />final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the loth day of 16ay, 19240
<br />and on the 17th day of May, 1924 in the South Bend News Times and South Bend
<br />Tribune in said ity, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construct-
<br />ion of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 271h day of May, 1924. The Board
<br />reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
