Wednesday, April 30th, 1924. Board met in special session. All members present. Bids were received on Grade, Curb & Walk on streets in Madison Park Addition, Improvement Resolution No. 1376, as follows: Bid( of H. L. Hearing had=on;=ase`smenl�oi1 and final estimate for water connections on Lafayett* Boulevard from LaSalle Avenue to Jefferson Boulevard, under.Improvement Resolution No. 1260 in the City 6f South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrate was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in -said roll filed April 9th, 1924, is.banefittad in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board and the final estimate further find, that the assessment roll filed April 9th, 1924, allowed April 9th, 1924, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.. Clerk of Board was instructed to nouify the manager df re orge Cutter Company to appear before the 'Board Tuesday, May 691924, at 10:00 A.M.
