The Board.therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed <br />April 9th, 1924., is.benefitted in -the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board <br />further find, that the assessment roll filed April 9th, 1924, and the final estimate <br />allowed April 9th, 1924, should be and tke same are hereby in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved. <br />Clerk of Board was instructed to notify the manager df Ceorge Cutter <br />Company to appear before the 'Board Tuesday, May 6,. 1924, at 10:00 A.M. <br />
