Wednesday, April 30th, 1924. Board met in special session. All members present. Bids were received on Grade, Curb & Walk on streets in Madison Park Addition, Improvement Resolution No. 1376, as follows: Bit of H. L. Davis & Son ' Walk dq f t . All members present. This being date set for deferred hearing for Easement for Trunk Sewer, Condemnation Resolution No. 73. Attorney S. J. Crumpacker appeared and presented written remonstrance from Studebakers against easement. Attorney Walter Melnerny appearec representing property owners Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 73 for Easement for a Trunk Sear, Sunnyside, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. The Board further ordered tkat the City Engineer be instructed to orepare a roll of all own rs or.holders of property and of valuable interests therein sougkt to be taken or to be injuriously affected whick list or roll shall also describe tke roperty beneficially affected and show tke awards of damages and assessments of benefits In tke above matter. Hearing.+had: on-4sse`sdmeht t611 and final estimate for water connections on Lafayette Boulevard from LaSalle Avenue to Jefferson Boulevard, under_Improvement Resolution No. 1260 in the City 6f South Bond, Indiana. In the above -matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrate was filed. The Board.therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed April 9th, 1924., is.benefitted in -the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed April 9th, 1924, and the final estimate allowed April 9th, 1924, should be and tke same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Clerk of Board was instructed to notify the manager df Ceorge Cutter Company to appear before the 'Board Tuesday, May 6,. 1924, at 10:00 A.M.
