<br />The undersigned hereby proposes to provide and maintain all lamps and
<br />equipment for the lighting of the streets, alleys, boulevards, parks and public places in
<br />the City of South Bend, State of -Indiana, and light the same with electric energy in
<br />accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by the Board of Pujklic
<br />Works, at the prices per annum for each lamp furnished, lighted and maintained as follows:
