South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting –March 5, 2010

6. NEW BUSINESS

D. Airport Economic Development Area

(3) continued…

and behavior to good ones. It has stretched
my thinking further than shallow thoughts I
used to have. I’ve always had great ideals to
be successful. But what I got from Project
Impact was the motivation and desire that I
was lacking. I know now how to set goals
and give them a time table. I know now that
if you don’t change things they will remain
the same. And also to keep focused. There
are two major components I have learned in
Project Impact one being the 7 Habits of
Highly Defective People. I won’t get into all
of them but my favorite is sought first to
understand them to be under stood probably
because that one was a part of me already.
But the other I was using the major one was
the four Quadrants
1- Urgent and Important.
2 -Not urgent but important.
3- Urgent but not important.
4- Not urgent and not important.

Now you may say that some of these things
are common since and people should know.
But a lot of these things are not taught you
can go years without knowing how to put
them into perspective. Well thank you for
taking the time to let me tell you about the
success of Project Impact and what it’s done
for me.
May God bless you to continue blessing this
program (Project Impact?)

Victor Seward: What I got out of Project
Impact was another positive look on life and
also spiritual when no one else would give
64
