Rouse <br />Common Council At-Large <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that Mr. Rouse did not <br />mention the Department of Community & <br />Economic Development has offered to set <br />aside part of a position to work with Project <br />Impact, specifically to help with grant <br />writing to help them achieve sustainability. <br /> <br />The letters from Project Impact clients <br />follow: <br /> <br />Keith Humes: What Project Impact means to <br />me. <br />Project Impact has been a large influence to <br />me. It has given me structure in my life. I <br />have been taught several new ideas I have a <br />new outlook on life. When we learned the <br />Deeds of the Flesh my eyes were opened to <br />see my error in thinking. I have been given <br />tools to help take time from quadrant 4 of my <br />life and move ahead. The Seven Habits of <br />Highly Effective people have help me to <br />rethink things. Now I look at struggles in my <br />life and evaluate them with those concepts. <br />The faith I have gotten from this program has <br />encouraged me to back to school and get a <br />college degree. I can see were Project Impact <br />is going to grow and be a large program, and <br />a lot of people in the future will prosper. I am <br />proud to be a part of project Impact from the <br /> 57 <br /> <br />
