Lafayette. (Asbestos Inspection, former <br />Schillings Camera Store) <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol gave the staff report. A result <br />of the Commission’s environmental study of <br />the recently purchased 329 S Lafayette <br />building, the Phase 1 Environmental Site <br />Assessment recommended obtaining an <br />Asbestos Inspection and related testing for <br />the facility. We have received a proposal <br />from Wightman Petrie in the amount of <br />$6,075 to perform the necessary study. The <br />amount includes field inspection, lab fees, <br />the final field report, and coordination with <br />an abatement contractor.
