ORDINANCE NO. <br />INCLUDING ADDRESSES 2303 MIAK <br />LOCATED AT 2301 MIAMI STREET, 1026 AND SAID BUILDING, <br />INDIANA COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT THREE (3) IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />The zoning for the above address is currently mixed use. Our request is to have <br />the zoning changed to local business use. The purpose of the new zoning <br />request is to allow a fish aquarium (pet store) and all other uses under the local <br />business zoning to operate at the abode address. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION 1.
