The library branch was recently <br />expanded. <br />3. most desirable use: <br />Past uses of the building have been service and small retail, which should continue. <br />4. Conservation of property values, <br />It is the staff s opinion that the surrounding property values should not be adversely affected. <br />So Responsible development and growth., <br />Allowing Local Business zoning will open up the number of uses allowed at this site.
