Wednesday APril 2, 1924, 7:15 P.M. Continued. 219 E Upon said hearing no remonstrators Appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimted cast of the same, as reputed by the City Civil Engineer,. and thereupon takes final action an said resolution �ls originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, Resolved further, that notices 'be published on the 30th day Of April, 19249 and on the 7th dray of May,. 1924, in the South Bend News Times and South Bend Tribune in said city, skating tbst this Board will receive bids for the construction ef- said improvement up to lD:00-A.M. on the 20th day Of, May, 1924 • The Beard reserves the right to reject any and a 11 bids Bearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1326 for attwor on Glenn Street from Prairie Avenue to .the first alley north of Ewing Avenuein the City of South Band, Indians.
