HARPDy, Vice President, Acting President. <br />Petitition filed and approved for sewer and pavement an Robertson Street <br />from Lincoln Way East to New York Central tracks, property owners appearing and re- <br />questing both improvements. <br />Hearing had an Improvement Resolution No. 1327 for Pipe Sewer on Poland <br />Street from Meade Street to Olive Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits <br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvementare equal to the estimated <br />cost ofthe same, as reported by the Mity Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final <br />action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things <br />ratified, cafifirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 30th day of April, <br />1924 and on the 7th"; day o f '1�tsy'r,, 1924 in the Sough Bend News Times and South b� ;,.d <br />Tribune in said Civyl stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction <br />d7f said improvement up to 10:00.A.M. on the 20th day of May, 1924.
