HARDY, Vice President, Acting President. <br />Petitition filed and approved for sewer and <br />from Lincoln WayEast to New York Central tracks Pavement an wring Robertson Street <br />, property owners appearing and re- <br />questing both improvements. <br />Hearing had an Improvement Resolution No. 1327 for Pipe Sewer on Poland <br />Street from Meade Street to Olive Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits <br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated <br />cost of the same, as reported by the Vity Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final <br />action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things <br />ratified, cafifirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 30th day of Aril, <br />1924 and on the 7th3a day o f ' is ti�a, 1924 in the Sough Bend News Times and Scutt b� And <br />Tribune in said Cityq stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction <br />flf said improvement up to 10:00 .A.M. on the 20th day of May, 1924. Irwin <br />.-Jackson appeared 4n,d remonstrated against sewer for the reason he mould. not be bon - <br />because of being unable to build on back of lots.
