<br />RF IT RESOLVED BY Tq^ R04t?.D OF PUBLIC WORKS OF T`?E CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />ST. JOS7PH COUNTY, STATF-OF INDIANA, that it .is desired and deemed necessary to
<br />improve Tgylor Street from Indiana Avenue to Calve.r_t Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said Street shall be araled and the roadway thereof " shall be paved, and
<br />also the redway of certain portions of the streets -;and alleys Ahieh enter or inter-
<br />sect said street shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in mak-
<br />ing said improvement shall be."She('t- Asphalt, Bitulithic, Asphaltic Concrete, Brick
<br />or PortlAnd Cement Concrete Pave_rFinnt aw'cwb (7) inches thick, %nd the foundation shall
<br />be portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the sheet asphalt, bltullthic,
