Resolved further, that notices be published on the 1st. day of April 1924 and on the 8th. day of April 1924 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times, stating that this Board will receive °bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. R. in the City of South Bend, India na Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board decided that said resolution be Modified to ha ve grade and curb on both sides and sidewalk only on south side. Hearing had on assessment roll and finavestimate for grade curb and valk on North side of Oaksid,e Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street, under Improvement ,Resolution No. 1261. In the above muter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed March 12th., 1924 is benefit -Led in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed March 12th., 1924 and the final estimate allowed March 12th. 1924 and should be.and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Indiana Bell Telephone Company granted permission to set poles in 4he alley at rear of 1139 South Michigan Street or 1207 South Michigan Street.
