Resolved further, that notices be published on the 1st. day of April 1924 <br />and on the 8th. day of April 1924 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times, stating that <br />this Board will receive °bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. <br />Tuesday April 2'')nd -, '!9''4 = The Board reserves the right to reJect any and all bids. <br />Hearing had on improvement Resolution NO. 1313 for the grade, curb and walk <br />on Ange lla Avenue from Leeper Avenue to Southern Michigan R . R. in the City of South Bend, <br />India na <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board decided that said resolution be Modified to ha ve grade and curb on <br />both sides and sidewalk only on south side. The Board reserves.the right to reject any and all bids. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and finavestimate for grade curb and valk <br />on North side of Oaksid,e Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street, under Improvement <br />,Resolution No. 1261. <br />In the above muter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed.
