<br />Relative to the improvemnt of Linoolxnvay East from Washington
<br />Street to Sample Street. You will recall that I promised the Board on Wednesday morn-
<br />ing, the 12th instant, to meet 11r. Honar, of the Board, and Mr. Anderson, the City Eng-
<br />ineer, on Griday morning the 14th, for % further conference in regard to the STREET
<br />Railway Company bearing a portion of the cost of the contemplated improvement.
