ALSO: Beginning on the north line of Hamilton Street at a point on -the east line of Johnson Street extended north; thence north along said east line of Johnson Street to a point on the south line Wilson Street one thousand three hundred and seventeen (1,317.0) feet east of the east line of Olive Street; thence west on the south line of Wilson Street fifty (50) feet; thence south parallel with and one thousand two hundred and sixty seven (19267.0) feet east of the east line Olive Street to the north line of HamiltnnStreet; thence east along the north line of Hamilton Street fifty ( 50) -feet to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such appropriation: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Portage Avenue and Hamilton Street; thenee.,north westerly along the center line of Portage AVENUE to the center line of Wilson Street; thence west along the center line of Wilson S treet to the center line of O'Brien Street extended north; thence ss pth aion the center line of O'Brien Street extended north tothe center line Hamilto Street; thence east along the center line of Hamilton Street to the place of beginning. Wood Realty Company and others as petition and waiver approved on the 4 th' day of March 1924 for the reassessment of certain newly platted lots in Marquette Park Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, abutting .upon the followl ng streets: Portage Avenue grad ng No. 1008. Portage Avenue trunk sewer no. 1015 Portage Avenue asphalt pavement NO. 1030 Thompson Ave., WWilbur St, Stocker Place, Adams Street and College St. Mexican Sheet asphalt paveent No. 1270 be and are hereby approved and adopted and each of the lots described in.said Engineer's report are now reassessed with each of said unpaid original improve- ment, reassessments and it is now ordered that a reassessment roll setting forth the number and description of each subdidvided lot or tract of land be made of the respective owners thereof the amount and name of the reassessment against each iat.or parcel of land, including its share of interest thereon now due, and such penalties and costs as may be due, against the original lots or tracts of land for said original assessment be prepared and delivered to the City TR-EASURER.
