Same a proved by the Board. and <br />Mr. Keltner givan ;permission to purchase same. <br />Petition for Pavement on Emerson Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to the <br />St. Joseph River placed on file, tobe taken up later in the se3:son, about <br />August 1st. 1924.
