Failure to do so will be cause for reLction of material, no billable time will be accepted. 61'ater Yi�orks facility deliveries are to be made on normal work days between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. with unloading to be completed before 1: 00 p.m, YI'aste Water facility deliveries are to be made behveen the hours of 6:00 AM and 4: 00 PM Monday through Friday. No stop -off or fuel surcharges allowed; however, demurrage charges will be allowed after 2 hours per stop, All deliveries are F.O.B. Delivery Point. Awards of this bid will be divisible by product. Awards will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder per unit prices on the attached schedule. All prices quoted are to be effective May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019 (One Year). Prices are to be firm throughout that period without increases. Quantities are estimated and not guaranteed, The City reserves the right to exceed the estimate at the price quoted here in.
