Mr. Heppenheimer, who has been <br />very involved with the County in the tax sale process; and has the most knowledge of the <br />process necessary to acquire a tax deed on these properties, was asked to quote a price to <br />do the work necessary to ultimately gain title to these properties. <br />Attached is Mr. Heppenheimer's proposal. The price for each parcel, which includes title <br />work, is $500. <br />Staff believes this price is reasonable in light of the statutory requirements needed to gain <br />title to these properties, and requests approval of Mr. Heppenheimer's proposal. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
