Mechanical, Inc. <br />PROJECT: Studebaker Museum Rooftop Unit Replacements <br />Project No. 117-081 <br />SUBJECT: Change Order Explanation <br />ISSUE DATE: March 27, 2018 <br />This Change Order to the Contract document shall supplement, amend, and shall become a <br />part of, and be incorporated as an Addendum to the Contract. <br />The following is a summary and description of the revisions to the Contract by this Change <br />Order: <br />Item QtV Unit Price Days Total <br />Change RTUs 1 LS $573.00 0 $573.00 <br />Net Change Order amount $57100 <br />1) Change RTUs: The RTU supplier discovered that the replacement units specified no longer fit <br />the existing curb and ductwork due to a design change that they were not aware of. Smaller <br />units are being substituted that will fit the existing curbs. Cost deducts for the smaller units will <br />be applied to extra gas and electric work needed for the new units. This CO covers the <br />remaining balance. <br />
