Board WP4�blleWorks of the City of Sowth Bend Indiana, Gentlemen: I herewith estimate the cost of the RIVER PARK SEWER SYSTEM NUMBER THREE (3) at FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THO SAND (435,000.00) D.QLLARS. L,nder Improvement Re sol c„tion No. 1283 Respatfu,lly submitted, Frederick J. Anderson City Engineer. Attorneys Gilliom, Graham, Fiewell, Pettingill and O'Neil representing the lame property owners on East Jeffefson St. asked for more time for -their clients toconsider the plans and the cost of the sewer. Mr. Colpaert and Attorney Hammerschmidt representing H. G. Christman Co. requested that the resolwtion be approved as son as possible. Mr. Wolf representing, -the residents of River Park spoke at length of the conditions in River Park in this district and that the people wanted the sewer and thst there sho ld be no delay as they had been asking for a sewer for the last fowr yeex pensive. Mr. Hyde and Dr. Dugdale said that there was need for a'sewer but thokght xpensive. Remonstrators appeared and complained as follows of b en sidewals and curbs: Broken sidewalk and at.,rb at: m66-7ip & 724 Mende St. Broken curb at: 610 " 614 « 501 512 " « Two 10�s at Northeast of Meade street and Fisher street: Three lots at 707 So th Meade street. 506 So th MEADE Street. So"heatt corner Kaley and Ford streets Meade and Sample streets. Party had to replace water service broken at this corner at a cost of $14.00.
