Attorney Gilmer representing the property owners on Plea.sa L Street stated that they were in favor of the sewer but that they objected to the p oposed outlet on Lot 39 4 B. F. We, the undersigned, a majority in nambe of the residents, free@ holders and owners of real estate ab vetting on Pleasant 1treet between seventh and Fourth Streets in the City of South Bend, said Co Ly-and State, do hereby respectfully remonstate against the taking of any wrther action by the Board of Pwblie Works of the City of South Bend, in the matter of the improvement Resolution No. 1283 providing for the est,ablishme t and extension of River Perk Sewer System No.'3, in so'far as the same pertainf to the establishment of trwnk sewer on Pleasant Street from Sixth Street'vest ofLot Three (3) in R. F.
