<br />Resolved by the Bard of Public Works of the City of +South Bend,
<br />`St, Joseph. County-9 State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve
<br />Fox Street from Vernon Street to Kline Stree �,as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street shall be graded from property line to property line 6
<br />to the taebrished grace and cement sidewalk and. cement, curb shall be constructed
<br />_on•both sides of said Fox Street from Vernon Street to Kline Street. All as is,
