<br />Said Avenue shall be graded from property line to ,property tine to the estab-
<br />lished grade and cement sidewalk and cement, curb shall be constructed on both sides of
<br />said Swygart Avenue from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue, All as is more particularly
<br />shorn and all in accordance with the plans, po'iles, detail drawings end speoifice,tions
<br />on file in tihe. Office of the Department of P.ublio Works of the yity of South Bend,
