<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CTTY OF, SOUTH 1-3ENDl ST.
<br />JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, that it isdesired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Fisher- Street frot Chapin"Street to McPherson Street,, Also McPherson •Stree:t frgm Fishe..r
<br />to Samples Street as foll6ws, to -wit*=
<br />Said Streets shall be graded and the roadways t'^ereof shall be paved, and
<br />also -the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect
<br />said s-traets shell Ire graded and oaved. The .paving material to be used in making said
<br />improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bitulith c, Asphaltio Concrete, Brick or Portland
<br />Cement Concrete Pavement 'seven (7) inches thick, and the foundation 'shall be Portland
<br />cemen concrete.six (6) inches thick for the sheet asphalt'bithu.litic, asphaltic concrete
<br />and brick, or roiled gravel six.(6) inches thick for the brick, also cement curb shall be c
<br />constructed along said streets'where same is ne=cessary and not already constructed,
<br />manhole's, `storms water inlets and conduits shall be constructed Where. necessary, all
<br />manhole tops and storm water inlets shall be set to the proper grade, cement marginal
<br />durb sbrll- be constructed at all- street and ,alley intersections Where necessary, all as
<br />is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings
<br />and specifications an file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of
