STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1287
<br />BE IT RESOLED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CTTY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, thAt it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />George Avenue From Sample Street to'the Alley at the"Northerly end of George Ave. Also
<br />Alley from Northerly end of said George Avenue to Marietya Street as fAllows, to -wit:
<br />Said Avenue and said Alley shall be graded and the raddways thereof'' shall
<br />be _paved, and slso the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter.
<br />or intersect said street shall be graded and paved. The paving materiel to -be used in
<br />making said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bitu.lithic, Asphaltic Concretelbrick or
<br />Portland: Cement Concrete Pavement seven (7) inches thick, and the foundation shall be
<br />portland cement concrete six=(6) inohes.thick for the sheet asphalt, bitulithic,
<br />asphaltic concrete and brick, or,rolled gravel six.-(6).inches thick for the.,brick, also
