Continued. <br />Plat of Austin Park Addition approved by the Board with the following <br />dedications <br />AUSTIN PARK ADDITION. , <br />The annexed plat of Austin PArk Addition is a plat of the foll* ng <br />described property: <br />r <br />Beginning at a point.two and forty-nine hundret,hs (2.49)'ohaias East of <br />the Southwest corner Seotion435 Twp. 38'N• R. 2-E. thence North eleven end f1tty <br />three hundreths (I1.53) chains, thence East four and Thirty-Pour°hundreths (4.34) <br />chainst.thenee South eleven end fifty-three hundrethe (11.53).chains thence west <br />four and thirty-four hundreths (4.34) chains to the place of beginning, except <br />one quarter wore out.of Southeast oorner, being four,(4) rods East and west:by ten <br />(10),rods North and South. - <br />The plat oontsins twenty-seven (27) lots numbered from 1 to 27 <br />inclusive. <br />The size of the lots and the.,qidth of the,streets and alleys are marked <br />on the plat in feet and decimals thereof.
