PROGRESS REPORTS <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol asked for permission to advertise to set <br />public hearings for the Development Plan amendments <br />for the Airport Economic Development Area, the South <br />Bend Central Development Area and the Southside <br />Development Area within 30 days of Council approval <br />of its resolutions. In order to speed the process, the <br />Notices of Hearing would be submitted to the South <br />Bend Tribune and Tri-County News before the <br />Commission’s confirming resolution is passed. <br /> <br />C <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. King <br />OMMISSION AUTHORIZED SETTING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized <br />AE <br />AMENDMENTS FOR THE IRPORT CONOMIC <br />setting a public hearing on the development plan <br />DA,SB <br />EVELOPMENT REA THE OUTH END <br />amendments for the Airport Economic Development <br />CDA <br />ENTRAL EVELOPMENT REA AND THE <br />Area, the South Bend Central Development Area and <br />SDA30 <br />OUTHSIDE EVELOPMENT REA WITHIN <br />C <br />the Southside Development Area within 30 days of <br />DAYS OF OUNCIL APPROVAL OF ITS <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />Council approval of its resolutions. <br /> <br /> 69 <br /> <br />
