The class has also helped
me to work with others with in a positive and
productive way. Pastor Blake has been very
helpful in keeping me focused on doing the
right things. He truly is helping me transform
my old way of living. I am developing a new
attitude. I now think before I react in to
situations. Now I have a
new out look on life. Before Project Impact
because of my felony conviction I thought all
was lost. But Project Impact has taught me to
respect myself as well as others and to
believe in my self again. I know now I can do
all things through Christ who strengthen me.
I have put the past in the behind me and
begin to move forward.
Thanks to Project Impact I have Faith,
confidence, and hope. My life has taken a
turn for the better.

Marvell Spears: I am in Project Impact
program here in South Bend IN. The
program has really changed my life and it
really made a mindset change as well. I’m an
ex-feline and the program has giving me
hope that that I could still have a positive
52
