(Olive Cleveland Partners) <br /> <br /> <br /> C. South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Proposal for design services for Coveleski <br />Park. (Marketing Materials) <br /> <br />I6.C.(1) <br />Mr. Inks asked that item 6.C.(1) be tabled. <br />TEM WAS TABLED <br />There was no objection and the item was <br />tabled. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Proposal for professional services for 329 <br />S. Lafayette. (Asbestos Inspection, former <br />Schillings Camera Store) <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol gave the staff report. A result <br />of the Commission’s environmental study of <br />the recently purchased 329 S Lafayette <br />building, the Phase 1 Environmental Site <br />Assessment recommended obtaining an <br />Asbestos Inspection and related testing for <br />the facility. We have received a proposal <br />from Wightman Petrie in the amount of <br />$6,075 to perform the necessary study. The <br />amount includes field inspection, lab fees, <br />the final field report, and coordination with <br />an abatement contractor. Staff requests <br />approval of this proposal. <br /> <br />C <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />OMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FOR AN <br />WP <br />ASBESTOS INSPECTION BY IGHTMAN ETRIE <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />. <br />FOR THE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE PROPOSED <br />Commission accepted the proposal for an <br />(AI,S <br />SBESTOS NSPECTION FORMER CHILLINGS <br />asbestos inspection by Wightman Petrie for <br />CS) <br />AMERA TORE <br />the scope of services and fee proposed. <br />(Asbestos Inspection, former Schillings <br />Camera Store) <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Contract for Sale of Land for Northwest <br />Corner Sycamore St. and Colfax Avenue. <br /> 22 <br /> <br />
