Partial estimate No. 1 for the grade curb and walk on Kinyon Street from Portage Avenue to Blaine Avenue allowed to the Indiana Construction Co. at..0880.52 Grades were app-roved as follows: - Alley south of Calvert Street from St. Joseph Street to Carroll St, Bruce Street from, Catalpa Avenue to Chapin Street, Catalpa Avenue from Calvert Street to Bruce Street. Alley south of South Street from E. lime of St Joseph Street to. W. line of Carroll Street. Inspector reported on petition for street light at corner of Parkovash Avenue and Lafayette Street and at the end of 300 block Parkovash Avenue. as follows: - No lig is at present as there is no alley. No alleys north and south to allow Poles and wires from the east and west alleys to the00 block on Parkovash Aveue. There is now an are light one block north and ant also I beg to recommend an are light be placed at tge property line of Lot No. 404 Parkovash Avenue subject to consent of the property owners allowing the wires strung between lots 404 and the next lot. Communication received from Harry S. Taylor with clainj of Sherman Walker of 406 South Fellows Street for $14.30 against Sheets and Canfield Contractors on Lafayette -Street tvunk sewer improvement contract. Same referred to Sheets and Canfield. Claims were aptroved as follows:- Issac Van Trump Northern Indiana Gas & Elea. Co.
