My point is, as far as communications and engagement, I think we <br /> need to remember that a lot of people simply live or die by their cellphone. They may not have the <br /> capacity to go to the City website and download fifty(50)page documents. Maybe,there is a way <br /> to talk to the neighborhood associations to allow us to post information of interest to the citizens <br /> on their Facebook pages.
