Y. n`r. H. G. Wray absent. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment roll <br />for the grade, curb and vralk improvement on Chicago Street from Divisloh Street to <br />Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I829. In the above named assessment <br />roll the Board decides to continue hearing on same until A-tril Ilth., 1928. <br />The Board approved the insurance polic of20,000.00 to replace cancelled <br />policy of the same amount covering City Hall and ire Stations under General form. <br />This being the date s"et, hearings were had onthe following improvement resol <br />Lions: <br />Pavement on College street from the norht line of Elwood avenue to the north <br />line of Keller atreet under Improvement Resolution No.I983. <br />Pavement and sewer improvement in oodlawn '''econd addition under -improvement <br />Resolution io.I986t same being"a 55�, waiver. <br />j <br />Pavement in Varquette Park �'irst Addi ti on under Improvement Resolution <br />�I Fo.I9859 same being a 55 , waiver. <br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators appeared1l <br />and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the <br />premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be <br />assessed for said improvements, will be equal to the estimated costs of same as reporte <br />by the City Ehgineer.
