<br />wood Blvd., to the center line of Wilson Avenue. Parkviewr Place from the north line
<br />of Oakwood Blvd. , to. the south line of Wilson Avenue. Hollywood Place from the north
<br />line of Oakwood Blvd., to the south line of Wilson Avenue. Inglewood Place from the
<br />north line of Oakwood Blvd., to the ;:oath line of "ilson Avenue. Berkley Place from
<br />the north line. of Oakwood Blvd., to the east line of Beverley Place "=The`,east one half
<br />of Beverley Place from the center line of Oakwood Blvd., to the south line of Wilson
<br />Avenue. The horth one half of Oakwood Blvd., from the west �ine of 'Riverside Drive
<br />to the center line of Beverley. Place. The south oneliald of ti. ilson Avenue from the west
<br />line of Riverside Drive to the center line of Beverley Place, by the construction of
<br />a pavement improvement in accordance with the plans, profiles, specifications, detailed
<br />drawings and engineer's estimate notrr on file in the office of the Department of Public
<br />��orks of said City/ A.U. the construction of local sewers as follows:
<br />Beginning at the center line of Oakwood Blvd., and the center
<br />line of the alley between Riverside Drive and Parkview Place, thence north along the
<br />center line of said alley with a twelve (I211) inch pipe sewer four hundred ninety-
<br />seven (497') feet. Also beginning at the center line of Oakwood Blvd., and the center

<br />center line of said alley six hundred forty-eight (6491) feet with a twelve (10) inch
<br />pipe sewer. Also beginning at the center line of Oakwood Blvd., and the center line of;
<br />the alley between Hollywood Place and Inglewood Place, thence north along the center
<br />Line of said alley eight hundred ten (8I01) feet. with a twelve (I211) inch pipe. Also
<br />beginning at the center line of Oakwood Blvd., and the center line of the alley between;
<br />Inglewrood Place and Berkley Place, thence north along the center,line of said alley
<br />nine hundred fifty-three (9531) feet with a twelve (I2") inch pipe sewer. Also
<br />beginning at the center line of Oakwood Blvd., and the center line of Berkley Place,
<br />thence north along the center line of Berkley Place four hundred thirty-five (435')
<br />feet with a twelve (12") inch pipe sewer. nlso beginning at the center line of Oakwood''
<br />Blvd., and the center line of Beverley Place thence north along the center aline of
<br />Beverley Place fourn hundred (4001) feet with a twelve (I2") inch pipe sewer; all in
<br />accordance with the plans, specifications profiles, detailed drawings and engineer's 'I
<br />estimate now on file in the office of the department of Public works of said City, and.
<br />such improveme is are now ordered. The paving material to be used in making such
<br />improvement shall be asphaltic concrete.
<br />The cost of said improvement, cinluding the cost of street and
<br />alley intersections and incidental cost shall be assessed upon the real estate•abutti
<br />on said street, all in accordance with the method and manner prov-ded for in Chapter
<br />236 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved of March IO
<br />I9 "7 .

<br />Under no circumstances shall the Gity of youth Bend, be or be
<br />held respnnsible for any sum or sums due from said property oviners or owner for said
<br />work. or for the collection of same or for the payment of any bond or bonds, certifica
<br />or certificates, issued to sand contractor in payment for such work, except for such
<br />moneys as shall have actually been received by the City of youth Bend from the Assess-
<br />ments for such improvement or such moneys as said City is by said entitled Act and
<br />amendments and supplements thereto required to pay. Ill proceedings had, and work
<br />done in the making of said improvement, assessment of property, collection of assessme;
<br />and issuance of bonds, therefore, shall be provided for in said above entitled Acts,
<br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th. , day
<br />of January in the "outh Bend News limes and tribune. This Board will five a hearing
<br />on this resolution in its office in the City Hall on the 8th., day of ebruary 1928
<br />at 7-I5 P. M.

<br />in Marquette Park Firstd Addition tlYLBodrd hereby appoints Charles y`y. Cole to act
<br />as engineer as petitioned for by the property ovmers in both additions.
<br />The Board signed and g4proved partial estimate No.6 in connecti
<br />with the Northwest Trunk 6errer under Improvement Resolution N .I774 as filed and
<br />submitted by City Engineer, Mr. H. G. 11ray, in the amount of 75,923.96. Board also
<br />signed the certificate for said estimate in the ar-,ount of estimate No.6.
