Wray, filed plans ,and the Board adopted <br />a resolution for the Vacation of Washington Avenue' from Niles Avenue to the east race <br />under Vacation Resolution No.I984.4 (See files for Copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named Vacation Resolution, the Board hereby orders <br />that on the l4th,,,day of February,, 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the <br />City Hall at 10.-00 A. lv%. to hear and receive remonstrancesfrom all persons interested <br />in or, affected by said vacation. Board further orders that notices of said hearings shal <br />li <br />be delivered according to law and published according to law$ if necessary. <br />U on the approval of City Attorney, I. S. Romig, the Board signed <br />a claim amounting to 12,250.00 filed by Lorenz Lederelt in payment of the balance of <br />the judgement in Superior Count No.j in regard to the William Street Opening.
