Wray, filed plans ,and the Board adopted a resolution for the Vacation of Washington Avenue' from Niles Avenue to the east race under Vacation Resolution No.I984.4 (See files for Copy of resolution.) In the above named Vacation Resolution, the Board hereby orders that on the l4th,,,day of February,, 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 10.-00 A. lv%. to hear and receive remonstrancesfrom all persons interested in or, affected by said vacation. Romig, the Board signed a claim amounting to 12,250.00 filed by Lorenz Lederelt in payment of the balance of the judgement in Superior Count No.j in regard to the William Street Opening.
