<br />Resolution 1v o . 1930 .
<br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan Streeunder Improvement 'Resolution No.
<br />1917.
<br />Assessment. roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />Brookfield Street from Hamilton wtreet to `ffilson Street under .Improvement Resolution
<br />i.;o.1916.
<br />Assessment roll for the local sewer on 2Ist., Street from Jefferson
<br />Blvd., to Colfax Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I920.
<br />Assessment .roll for the local sewer on Twentieth Street from
<br />Jefferson Blvd., to McKinley Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I92I.
<br />Assessment roll for the local sewer on McKinley Avenue from
<br />Greenlawn Avenue to Twenty-second Street under Improvement Resolution No.I9I9.
<br />Assessment roll for the pipe sewer on 1�unham street from kaley
<br />Street to a point IO feet east of west line of Lot 964 Summit Plade Third Plat under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I933.
<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for
<br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls.
<br />The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings
<br />closed. The Board now.orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of
<br />Finance.
<br />This being the date set, continued 'nearing was had on the assess-
<br />ment roll for the pavement of the first alley south of Napier Street from Walnut Street
<br />to Laurel Street under Improvement Resolution No.I873.
<br />In the above named assessment roll no remonstrators appeared and
<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement
<br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The Board, therefore, takes
<br />final action on same, declaring said assessment roll in all things ratified, confirmed
<br />and approved and the proceedings closed.

<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assess-
<br />ment roll for the grade; curb and walk improvement on ','hi c.go 'Itreet from Division kre t
<br />to Jefferson Blvd.j under "Improvement Resolution hlo.I829. In the above named assessmen
<br />roll, the Board decides to continue hearing on same until rebruary 8th., I928.
<br />The Board signed the contract with the Indiana and ?Michigan
<br />Electric Company for lighting streets, alleys, boulevards and public places in Coquillall-d
<br />Iffoods Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. Contract as follows;

<br />That the parties hereto, each in consideration of the agreements
<br />on the part of the other, herein contained, have mutually agreed and hereby mutually
<br />agree as follows:

<br />I. The "ontractor shall provide and maintain a street lighting j
<br />system in Coquillard Idoods Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, consisting of I
<br />fifty (50) street lamps supplied from an underground distribution system of the
<br />Contractor, such underground lamps shall be as follows:

<br />50 - IO ft., Sheridan Hollow Spun, Concrete Lighting Statftros
<br />�I with Octagonal Junior Lighting Units and Medium FiuMple Sockets
<br />and equipped with I- I000 Lumen light (75 'Watt) Street lighting
<br />lamp or equivalent lamp.
