<br />Marietta Street. ( See files for Copy of resolution.)
<br />In .all of the above named resolutions, no remonstrators appeared
<br />and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />takes final action on said Condemnation Resolutions No,I978 and No.I977 and Vacation
<br />Resolution No:I979, declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without.
<br />modification.
<br />The Board now orders that lists or rolls be prepared of all
<br />owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein soughtto be taken,
<br />which lists shall also describe the property beneficially affected by said condemnation
<br />and vacation resolutions.

<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I989 for the pavement of Peashway Street from Leeper Avenue to the Southern Michigan !!
<br />Railway right -Of -way.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators
<br />appeared -and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be
<br />assessed for said improvement, will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported b' th
<br />the CituT .Engineer. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said Resolution No. I980, ;I

<br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and vialk improvement on Huey
<br />11 Street from the north line of Lot 350 Marquette Heights "-d.dition to Bryan under Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No.I907.
<br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and waitk improvement on High
<br />Street between Dubail and Bowman Street under Improvement Resolution No.I938.
<br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and wagk improvement on
<br />1�ckamari Street from the east line of Studebaker Place Addi t ion to the east line of High
<br />Street; also from a point I80 feet west of the west line of Dale Avenue to Miami Street
<br />under Improvement Resolution No;I858.
<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, noremonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the j
<br />premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said
<br />improvements have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. The
<br />Board, therefore, takes final, action on said assessment rolls, declaring aame in all
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now
<br />orders said assess,emt rolls delivered to the Department of Finance.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board finds that Grand
