All members <br />present. <br />Yinutes of meetings held December 27th , and December 28th., <br />1927, read and approved. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following <br />assessment rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of Turnock Street from South J <br />Bend Avenue to Corby Street under Improvement Resolution No.I862. <br />Assessment roll for the grade,and rmlk improvement on Olive St. ,,1 <br />from Bergan Street to Wilson Street under Improvement Resolution No.I935. <br />Assessment roll for the grade,. curb and walk improvement on j <br />Liberty Xtreet from Washington Avenue to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution <br />No.I900. <br />i <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on 11kinHE <br />Street from Division street to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I828.;! <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the Ist. , alley west of <br />McPherson Street from Division street to Napier Street under Improvement Resolution <br />No.I876. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in <br />the premises finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for <br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. <br />The Board, therefore, takes final a.etion on said assessment rolls, declaring same in <br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board n <br />orde°s said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />The Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds: <br />Guarantee bond of Alex Bukowski for the pavement of the Ist. , alley <br />south of Napier Street from Ialnut to laurel Street under Improvement Resolution No.I8;�1 3. <br />The Board approved same in the amount of 606.00, which is IO;o of the construction <br />cost of same, signed by the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company. <br />Guarantee bond of Alex Bukowski for the pavement of the Ist. , <br />alley barest of 11cPherson ,from Division 'Street to Napier 'street under Improvement Res- <br />olution No.I876. The Board approved .same in the amount of $M.58 signed by the <br />United States �'idelity and Guaranty "ompany. <br />G-aarantee bond of Rieth Riley Construction Co., for .the pavemen <br />on Harriett Street from Mishawaka Avenge to Hildreth Street under Improvement Resolu- <br />tion No.I883.
