<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following
<br />assessment rolls:
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Harriett Street from
<br />Mishawaka Avenue to Hildreth Street under Improvement Resolution NoI883.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Van, Buren Street from
<br />C. I. & S. Railroad to Sancome Avenue -under Improvement Resolution No.I884.
<br />.Assessment roll for the
<br />pavement of the Ist alley North of
<br />jMarion atreet from Main Street to.Ist., alley east of Main Street under Improvement
<br />1 Resolution No.I958.
<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in
<br />the premises; finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for
<br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment robs.
<br />The Board,, therefore, takes final action on said assessment rolls, declaring same in
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now
<br />orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance.

<br />assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />the south side of Donmoyer Avenue from Michigan Street to Fellows Street under Improve
<br />ment Resolution No.I930.
<br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan Street under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />1917.
<br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />Brookfield Street from Hamilton Street to Wilson Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.19I6.
<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls t'ne Board hereby
<br />orders that on the IBth. , day of January, I928, this Board . ,rill meet in the office in
<br />the City Hall at 7-I5 P. P`., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose
<br />property has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several
<br />lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements have been or will be
<br />benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls or in a greater or less amount
<br />than that named on said rolls. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings
<br />shall be published on the -6tJ)L., day of January and on the 7th a., day of January, 1928
<br />in the South Bend Nears Times and Tribune.

<br />for the sewer improvement on Orange street from Olive Street to teade Street under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I932.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders tha{

<br />Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property j

<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on
<br />the 18th.., day of January 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Ra1111
<br />at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
<br />been assessed. for said improvement and will decide whether the several. lots and parcels
<br />of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in the
<br />amounts named on said roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll.
<br />The Board further orders that notices of z$id hearing shall be published on the 6th. ,

<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Improvement
<br />resolution No. I963 for the pavement of Queen Street from Portage Avenue to Blaine
<br />Avenue.
