Bond .for tI, 66I.75 si geed by - the Southern surety;; <br />Company. <br />The Board approved the renewal bond for Oheeter J. Niesgodski <br />for excavation in the amount of $I,000.00 signed by the Metropolitan Casualty rnsurancei <br />Company of N w York. <br />The,Board approved the renewal certificate of the Aslin Plumbing <br />Company in the amount of $I,000.00 sogned by the American lnrety Co. <br />The Board signed the contract with C. Reesh for the construct <br />ion of,a sewer in Robinson Otreet from the 41outheast Trunk Sewer, to the New York Central. <br />R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.I974, in the amount of $I,272.76. The Board also) <br />approved the construction bon of same for 100% of the contract price signed by the Meti. <br />ropolitan Casualty Insurance o. <br />The Board signed the contract with C. E. ' Reesh for the construct <br />ion of,:a sewer in tckman street between the west line of Lingberigh Park Addition and <br />Miami 1treet under Improvement Resolution No.I973, in the a::ount of 1,064.00. The <br />Board also approved the construction bond of same for I00% of the contract price signed <br />by the Metropolitan Casualty and Insurance Oo. <br />The Board apprqved the sales of the following hTuses and <br />other buildings located on Kline, Pox, valvert, Bowman, and Lincoln Wayast: <br />House at 1460 Lincoln W� Fast sold to J. H. Kelsey at $I175.01 <br />House at I62I S. Kline treet sold to W. 0. Henry at $1.,000.00 <br />House at 1501 E. Yox Street sold to Dr. Henry Vitou at 0400.00. <br />House at I502 E. Clave rt Street sold to Burt Queer at 0400.00. <br />House at 1502 ". Fox Street sold to 1. K. McHenry at $350.00ro <br />Garage at I502 E. Fox Street sold to W. K. Weber at 39.75.. <br />The Board signed the certificates of sales on all of the above <br />and ordered the clerk to mail same to purchasers. <br />The Board of appraitors, Edward Pfeiffer, J. s. Kelsey and. 1 <br />David O filed their written report in thematter of the relocation of Ohio and <br />Marietta Streets in connection with the track elevation at these points. The report <br />shows that -none of the surrounding property is benefited in any way by this relocation <br />of streets. <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G.
