<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. I". All members present.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the. assessment roll for the pavement -
<br />on Kenwood Avenue from Olive Street to Bendix Drive under Improvement Res ol-a.tion No.
<br />I898.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been
<br />benefited in the amounts hamed on said roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action.
<br />on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />and the proceedings closed The Board noirr orders said assessment roll del-ivered to
<br />the .Department of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pavement
<br />and widening of Lincoln Way West from the west line of Cottage Grove &venue to the
<br />west line of 7ilber Street under Improvement Resolution ISa.T$I4.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared and a written remonstran
<br />i was filed by Ida- G. Ote, owner of Lots 4 and 5 in A . G. Cushings addition, but the
<br />Board, being fully advised in the premises, Finds that the several lots and parcels of
<br />land primarily assessed -for said improvement, have been benefited in the amounts named
<br />on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to o-rer rule said remonstrance
<br />and declares said. assessment roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved' and
<br />the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment -roll delivered to the
<br />Department of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the opening
<br />of Palmer Boulevard from McKinley Avenue to Colfax Avenue under Condemnation Resolution
<br />NO. I9I5.
