5-10 <br />','rednesday, November 30th., 1927. <br />Ketropolitan Casualty Insurance Co. <br />ment rolls €asp°f ollows <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the assess- <br />-issessment roll for the pavement of Kaley Street from <br />Division Street to Sample Street under Improvement Resolution No.I922. <br />Assessment roll for thepavement of Harris Street from <br />Division ttreet to ford Street unc er Improvement Resolution No.I927. <br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, -.-remonstrators <br />appeared but no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in <br />the premises, and after hearing all persons interested in same, finds t'_hat the several <br />lots and parcels of land primatilytassessed for said improvements have been benefited <br />in the amounts named on said assessment` rolls. The Board,,, therefore, takes final actin <br />on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and appro <br />ed, without modification, and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assess <br />ment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />City Engineer, filed tabulation of bids for the grading of <br />the first alley south of Calvert Street from Chapin Street to Kendall Street under <br />Improvement Resolution i1o.I966. <br />H.
