Romig, filed the following Resoluti <br />for the appointment of appraisors, as introduced and passed by the City Council: <br />RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF APPRAISORS. <br />"Be it resolved .by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that the Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court be, and is hereby, <br />requested to appoint three (3) dipinterested freeholders of said City for the apprai <br />ment of the following described persohal property, situate in said City, to -wit: <br />I. Romig, filed the certificate of <br />appointment by Judge Cyrus Pattee of the Circuit of Frank Jeffries, George Dunderman <br />and Joseph Kish C,Jr. , as appraisors for the houses, garages and other buildings <br />located in the �'ity of ''outh Bend, Indiana, acquired by the City in the Kline Street <br />widening.
