All members present. <br />rolls: This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Kaley Street from Division <br />Street to Kaley Street under Improvement Resolution No.I885. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Kendall Street from Indian <br />Avenue to the T. H. & L. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.I908. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement on Howard Street from South <br />Bend Avenue to the west line of Morey's aub. , under Improvement Resolution No.I889. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement improvement of Liston street from Birdsel; <br />Street fo Adams Street under Improvement Resolution No.I925. <br />Assessment roll for the widening and pavement of Blain Street from the <br />South curb line of ayne to the north curb line of Division atreet =--under Improvement <br />Resolution No.1867. <br />In all of the above named assessment roll remonstrators appeared but no <br />i,rritten remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement <br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefor <br />takes final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.
