M. <br />All members <br />Minutes of meetings held November 8th., and November <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had o# <br />the assessment roll for the con truction of pavement on Ewing Avenue from Miami Stree <br />to Leer Street under Improvement Resolution No.I833. <br />In the above named assessment roll, after hearing all <br />persons interested in or affected by said said improvement, the Board finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land, primarily assessdd for said improvement have been <br />benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore,: takes <br />final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all -things ratified, confir <br />ed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rol <br />delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />The Board signed the contract with Edward Di Julio for <br />the construction of a sewer in College Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller .Street and <br />Improvement Resolution No.I954.. The Board also approved the construction bond on <br />same in the amount of 2, IO2.I0, which is 50 % of the eontr--D_ct price signed by the <br />Inland 'Bonding (;o. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change of the type <br />of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of <br />McKinley Avenue from the east line of Greenlawn Avenue to the west line of Twenty - <br />Second z1treet under Improvement Resolution No.I923, the Board this I5th., day of <br />November., 1927, hereby makes a final order for sheet aspahilt, heavy traffic, as the <br />type of pavement with which said street, shall be improveil and awards the contract for <br />said improvement to Williston Construction Company at their low bid of $23,359.95. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Harry r1. Barne <br />for the pavement on Miner Street from Eddy Street to the east line of Madison Perk <br />Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I865. This bond for I0% of the construction <br />cost of said improvement, $I,380.70, signed by the United States Fidelity & Guaranty <br />Co. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Harry N. Barr <br />for the pavement on Ewing Avenue from Miami Street to Leer street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I833. This bond for I0% of the construction cost of said improvement, <br />$86I.44, signed by the United States Fidelity&, Guaranty Co. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of W. J. _ Nees Co. <br />for the pavement, grade, curb and wale improvement on Sherman Avenue, Rose, Roosevelt <br />and Beale 6treet under Improvement Resolution No.179I. This bond for 10% of the <br />construction Cost, $8,409.30, signed by the Southern Surety Co. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
