<br />The Board ordered the Clerk to instruct the L. E. Greenan Insurance
<br />Agency to insure the boiler in the Police and Fire Alarm Station building at a cost of
<br />33,50, as per Mr. sreenan's letter of the 7th., inBt. This boiler coverage to be
<br />incorporated in the boiler insurance in the Water epartment.
<br />Claims amounting to 6,329.69 approved and si#ned by the Board.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for the
<br />pavement on Ewing Avenue from Michigan Street to the west line of Franklin Street udder
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I899.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on
<br />the I6th., day of November, I927, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall
<br />at 7-I5 P. Jv., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
<br />been assessed- _"or said improvement: and will decide whether the several lots and parcels
<br />of land which have been assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in
<br />the amounts shown on said assessment roll or in a greater or less amount. The Board
<br />further orders that notices of said hearing shallbe published in the South Bend News
<br />mimes and Tribune on the Ilth., day of November and on the Nth., day of November, I927.
