M. _ All members present. <br />Minutes of meetings held October I8th. , and October I9th. , I927, <br />ead and approved. <br />I <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess - <br />went rolls.; <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of Sunnyside Avenue from Wayne Stre'e. <br />(North to Wayne Street South under Improvement <br />pr vement Resolution No.I89I. <br />Assessment roll for the vement of the Ist• , alley west of Johnson <br />�! Street from Prast Street to Lincoln l`� p� <br />ay est under Improvement Resolution No.I877. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Bertrand Street from Bendix <br />Drive to T3ancy Street under Improvement Resolution No.I902. <br />In all of the above named improvement assessment rolls, no remonstra < <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the;!premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily.. assessed for said <br />(improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll and that th6iben6f tsto <br />ealdparcels of land are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by they gCity <br />Engineet. Therefore, the Board takes final action on said assessment rolls, confirming <br />without modification and declaring same in all things -ratified, confirmed and approved <br />Viand the proceedings closed. Bond si �'71 <br />308.09. ed by Inland Bonding CO., for <br />by Donal Schraw. The Board approved the driveway plan at 820 E. Altgeld Street owned <br />estimates: City Engineer, Per. H. G. dray, submitted the following partial <br />Partial estimate No.I for the grade, curb and walk improvement on <br />[uey'treet from north line of hot 350 Marc Heights Addition to Bryan Street under <br />mprovement Resolution No.I907, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the <br />`ity and Eston Ball Contractor. Board signed and 9pproved same in the amount of I,408.45. <br />Partial estimate No-2 for the pavement improvement on Twenty -Sixth <br />treet from Jefferson Blvd., to Mishawaka, Avenue in accordance with the terms of the <br />ontract between the City And Rieth Riley �onstructi on Co., under Improvement Resolution <br />o.I866. Board signed and approved same in the amount of I4,436.27. <br />Partial estimate No.2 for the pavement improvement on 28th. , Street <br />from Mishawaka Avenue to the Grand Trunk Rallway in accordance with the terms of the <br />:ontract between the City and Rieth Riley Construction Co., under Improvement Resolution <br />fo.I837. Board signed and approved! same in the amount of 8, 684. 75, . <br />The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Co., for <br />he pavement on the alley north of Napoleon Boulevard from Leeper Avenue to first alley <br />ast of Stanfield Street under Improvement Resolution No.I9II. Amount of contract being <br />3,843.00 and t�e ftnstrtetion bond for 50% of the contract price was signed by the <br />nland Bonding o. <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for <br />he pavement on Frances Street from Sorin Street to kiouth Bend Avenue under Improvement <br />esolution No.I864. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that' n the 2nd., day of November, 1927, this Board -will meet in their office at 7-I5 P.M, <br />o hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for <br />said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been <br />r will be benefited.in the,amounts shown on said roll or'in greater or less sum.
